• Topbet SA (Pty) Ltd undertakes:

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and your Protected Personal Information and therefore warrant that no information collected by Topbet SA (Pty) Ltd shall be used for any other purposes other than stipulated in these Terms.
  • To use any confidential or disclosed information only for the purpose for which it was disclosed;
  • To treat and safeguard any confidential or disclosed information as private and confidential;
  • To ensure the proper and secure storage of all confidential and disclosed information;
  • Not to, without the prior written consent of the discloser, disclose or reveal any confidential or disclosed information to a third party:
  • Other than to its employees who are required in the course of their duties as employees to use such confidential or disclosed information; and
  • Except where required by law or by a governmental or regulatory body to do so;
  • To make its employees aware of the obligations resting on us in relation to any confidential or disclosed information received from a discloser and to take any required steps as may be deemed necessary to enforce such obligations on its employees;
  • To take any actions and measures, as may be required by law or by a governmental or regulatory body, to protect any confidential or disclosed information;
  • Not to force the discloser to disclose, reveal or exchange any information to us or our employees; and
  • To, on written request of the discloser, destroy, delete or remove from its records any confidential or disclosed information received from the discloser

Payment by the customer:


  • Direct Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct EFT)

This deposit mechanism can only be utilised by clients who have internet banking. Direct EFT deposits can only be made into the bank accounts listed below and will be held by Topbet SA (Pty) Ltd and credited to the customer’s online or mobile betting account once the amount has been cleared by Topbet SA (Pty) Limited’s bankers and the amount in question is reflecting/visible on the company’s bank statement. Proof of a customer’s deposit may be requested from the customer at the company’s discretion. Clients should ensure that they include their Topbet account number as a reference on all EFT deposits so that the deposit can be allocated timeously and accurately. Instant Electronic Funds Transfer (Instant EFT)

This deposit mechanism can only be utilised by clients who have internet banking. Instant EFT deposits are currently facilitated by Ozow (formerly i-Pay) and will be credited to the customer’s online or mobile betting account once the amount has been cleared by the relevant service provider. Proof of a customer’s deposit may be requested from the customer at the company’s discretion.


  • OTT Vouchers

OTT Vouchers can be purchased at various retailers and Topbet branches and vouchers are redeemable directly into an online or mobile betting account.


  • Credit Cards

Topbet SA (Pty) Ltd accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards only. Credit Card deposits are currently facilitated by Virtual Card Services and will be credited to the customer’s online or mobile betting account once the amount has been cleared by the relevant service provider. Proof of a customer’s deposit may be requested from the customer at the company’s discretion. Topbet does not have access to any account holders’ credit card information and all credit card transactions are 3D secure.

Credit card deposits may only be made by the cardholder whose name is displayed on the credit card, which must match the name in which the Topbet SA (Pty) Ltd betting account is held. Thereafter, withdrawals will only be allowed after the account holder has provided Topbet SA (Pty) Ltd with an affidavit and a certified copy of the ID of the cardholder in question. Topbet SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge a 5% administration fee on amounts deposited by credit card.
